Each capsule of Cenovis® EasySleep Valerian contains equivalent to 2000mg of Valeriana officinalis dry root, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nervous system relaxant to decrease excess nervous energy, reduce sleeplessness, and decrease the time to fall asleep.
