Muffin Mix (82%): Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Modified Maize Starch (1422), Whey Powder (Milk), Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Emulsifiers (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids, Sunflower Lecithin), Salt, Cocoa Powder, Flavour, Cinnamon, Thickener (Xanthan Gum). Crumble Topping (18%): Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Cinnamon (1.5%), Flavour (Milk), Malted Barley Flour.

Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 2 extra large eggs + 1/2 cup (125mL) water + 1/3 cup (80mL) vegetable oil. Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 15-20 mins Baking: One 12 cup muffin pan Preheat oven to 200ºC (180ºC fan-forced). Grease a 12 hole (1/3 cup) regular muffin pan with cooking spray. 3 Simple Steps! 1. Stir muffin mix, water, oil and eggs in a medium bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. (Do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). 2. Spoon batter into muffin pan filling each cup about 2/3 full. Open Cinnamon Crumble Sachet and gently sprinkle crumble mix by hand evenly over the muffins. 3. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Cook time may vary depending on the oven. Cool for 10 minutes in the muffin pan, then remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely. Muffins are best eaten fresh on the day they are made.
